Our center is court-approved and serves families navigating some of the most difficult circumstances imaginable. We are here to make sure children stay protected while family connections are preserved in a healthy, structured way.

Supervised Visitation

Trained staff monitor all visits between children and non-custodial parents or family members in a safe, welcoming environment. Our monitors are skilled in trauma-informed observation and de-escalation, ensuring every visit remains child-centered and free from intimidation or manipulation.

Safe Exchange

For families where direct contact between parents poses a safety risk, we provide supervised custody exchanges — allowing children to transition between parents without the two adults ever coming face to face. This service significantly reduces the risk of conflict, harassment, and further abuse.

Court-Ordered & Voluntary Services

We accept referrals from family courts, attorneys, child protective services, and community partners, as well as voluntary participants who recognize the need for a structured, neutral setting. Our documentation and reporting meet court standards.

Case Monitoring & Documentation

All visits are documented by trained staff. Detailed, objective reports are available to courts, attorneys, and child welfare agencies as required, providing an accurate record that supports the best interests of the child.

How to Access Supervised Visitation Services

‍Referrals are accepted from courts, attorneys, social workers, and community agencies. Families may also self-refer. All services are confidential and trauma-informed. Fees are sliding-scale based on income — no family is turned away due to inability to pay.

Can the other parent see where I am when I drop off my child?

‍Our facility is designed with safety in mind. We use staggered arrival and departure times and separate entrances where possible to ensure custodial parents and non-custodial parents do not encounter each other.
